I envision a support being available to unpack what comes up and how to manage the hurdles that life provides. Balancing accountability with love, demonstrating healthy relationships and providing a judgement free place to be exactly who they are.
Boxing is a discipline that requires focus, determination and effort which mirrors what is required to work on self-growth and overcome adversity. Paired with a therapeutic person, navigating that journey with someone from their corner.
